All appointments made should be secured with a credit card securely on file or a purchased gift card.
Late Appointment Policy
We want to make sure that all our customers have the opportunity to receive services. We understand that sometimes life is unpredictable, and so we allow for a 15-minute grace period for late arrival in case you are unexpectedly delayed. If you think you are going to be late, please call us so that we know that you are enroute and be aware that your service may need to be shortened to accommodate you. Please understand that if you are repeatedly late, we will charge 50% of the service amount for the scheduled appointment and require that you rebook your appointment.
Short Cancellation Policy
We respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice** you need to cancel your appointment. Failing to give 24-hour notice will result in a charge of the scheduled service if we are unable to fill the open appointment. 50% of this charge may be applied as a credit over the course of the next 3 appointments (ex. – a $54 charge will create a credit in the amount of $27 to be applied over the next 3 appointments at $9/visit).
**(Monday appointments scheduled between 9am-11am should be cancelled by the previous Saturday by 12:00 noon).
No-Show Cancellation Policy
We make every attempt to text (multiple times if no response is received), email and call to confirm each appointment We will leave a voicemail message for unanswered calls. Any no-shows will be charged 100% of their service amount. If we do not have a valid credit card on file, the charge for the missed appointment must be paid before re-booking.
Salon Deposit Policy for Groups and KeryFlex™ Service
We welcome group appointments (2+ appointments at the same time or in consecutive time slots) and KeryFlex™ service appointments. They do require holding extra time or multiple time slots on our packed schedules. We respectfully request at least 72-hours’ notice for any cancellations for these services. Prior to these appointments, we will require a deposit of 25% of the service amount that will later be deducted from the service(s) or applied to a late-cancellation fee. A late cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost for each service will be charged and the late fee will not be credited to future appointments as stated above in our Short Cancellation Policy above.
Cancellation Policy to Protect Customers
In the event that the Spa needs to cancel your appointment due to a technician unscheduled absence, we will provide you with a credit of 20% of your service to be used for a future appointment if we are not able to offer you comparable services that same day.
